About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product marketing for new expansions
  • Partner with Health Services to support health-plan approvals
  • Partner with Client Success to help clients understand and adopt new offerings
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Build slides and write messaging
  • Lead live enablement sessions
  • Create and improve FAQs and objection-handling resources
  • Prioritize approval needs with Health Services and deliver assets to support decisions
  • Drive client readiness and adoption through launch communications, practical resources, and live enablement
  • Establish adoption measures with Client Success
  • Use client feedback, recurring objections, and performance data to improve messaging and launch execution
  • Support health-plan approvals and expand new-vertical availability across the book of business
  • Track client adoption against agreed goals separately from health-plan approval coverage
  • Align positioning, audiences, launch milestones, partner readiness, and measurement with the product roadmap
  • Keep cross-functional partners and leadership informed about progress, risks, tradeoffs, and needed decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience independently owning product positioning, go-to-market launches, or product-adoption initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to create clear messaging and presentation materials and deliver live enablement for business or client-facing teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional work from planning through execution
  • Ability to influence partners without direct authority
  • Experience improving work through feedback
  • Preferred: Product marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or another complex, evidence-based category
  • Preferred: Experience working with benefit managers, health plans, or healthcare services teams
  • Preferred: Experience enabling sales, client success, or partnership teams to drive adoption
  • Preferred: Experience translating clinical or technical information into differentiated, business-relevant positioning
  • Preferred: Experience measuring adoption and using customer feedback to improve go-to-market execution
  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco office 3 days a week for the full 8 hours of a typical business day
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
