Integrate AI/ML models and agents into the platform and ensure smooth deployment
Write clean, maintainable code emphasizing performance, reliability, and scalability
Build and maintain APIs and microservices for AI model and agent deployment and data processing
Troubleshoot and resolve platform performance, integration, and reliability issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions
Improve AI platform systems and workflows
Contribute ideas and feedback to architectural discussions
Support production code in a continuous-deployment DevOps culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
5+ years of experience in software engineering
3+ years of experience in backend development using Python, TypeScript, or Java
Experience developing RESTful APIs and services
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience using Git for version control and collaborating in an agile environment
Willingness to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week for the full 8 hours of a typical business day
Located in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred: advanced degree in an AI/ML-related field
Preferred: hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI
Preferred: understanding of database systems and data processing technologies
Preferred: familiarity with Generative AI technologies
Preferred: Terraform or CloudFormation infrastructure-as-code experience
Preferred: CI/CD automation and observability experience with Datadog, Sentry, and related tools
Preferred: frontend development experience using React/TypeScript
