Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the accounting team.
  • Ensure accurate accounting classification.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements.

  • Prepare spreadsheets and control metrics.

  • Assist with tax inspections and internal consulting requests.
  • Perform the monthly accounting close for the group companies and consolidate the results.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, deliver financial statements, and perform analyses related to key performance indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Strong experience in large companies in accounting and cost accounting functions.
  • Experience in the industrial, retail, and services sectors.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting.
  • Experience preparing individual and consolidated financial statements.
  • Experience supporting external audits.
  • People management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably TOTVS Protheus.
  • Specialized technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and corporate finance, as well as automation and control processes.
  • Active CRC registration.
  • Preferred: Extension courses or specialized training related to the field and tax changes.
