Key responsibilities & impact

Talk directly with customers to understand operational needs, pain points, and current workflows
Translate customer requirements into actionable product briefs and AI skill specifications
Identify gaps between customer needs and existing capabilities and prioritize what to build next
Maintain feedback loops between customer insights and product and engineering decisions
Build, configure, and improve AI skills and automations
Work with AI platforms, agents, and tooling to replace manual or consultant-dependent processes
Test and iterate AI-powered features and workflows using real usage and performance data
Identify opportunities for AI to improve speed, accuracy, or output quality
Own product initiatives from requirement through deployment
Coordinate with internal teams to keep builds on track and aligned with customer expectations
Document processes, specifications, and AI skill configurations
Continuously improve products and workflows using AI and automation
Complete application, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background/reference check

What you’ll need

Genuine AI fluency; use AI tools naturally as part of work
Experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear product or technical specifications
Comfortable building or configuring AI tools, automations, or workflows
Strong written English communication skills for documentation, customer interaction, and async collaboration
Self-directed with strong follow-through and ability to own an initiative from start to shipped
Nice to have: experience building with LLMs, AI agents, Claude, or similar AI development tooling
Nice to have: background in a product or operations role at a software, SaaS, or AI company
Nice to have: familiarity with paid media, CMS platforms, or video analytics
Nice to have: customer discovery or success experience
Nice to have: startup or early-stage company experience
