About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions supporting Dynamics 365 and/or Power Apps Model Driven delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, solution architects, internal teams, Microsoft partners, and business stakeholders
- Align solutions with architectural principles, policies, guidelines, Microsoft upgrade roadmap, design standards, reusable components, DevOps pipelines, and lifecycle management practices
- Elicit and refine requirements and shape them into clear solution outcomes
- Contribute to application lifecycle management across waterfall and agile delivery approaches
- Improve platform usage, performance, configuration, scalability, and operability
- Provide ongoing support and further development for deployed solutions
- Extend Dataverse and the Common Data Model in line with industry best practice
- Address non-functional requirements including secure configuration, access controls, environment sizing, monitoring metrics, and support models
- Implement and maintain governance policies including Data Loss Prevention and access controls
- Participate in compliance and security reviews and support governance model development
- Promote best practices through knowledge sharing, mentoring, community enablement, guides, design standards, and training content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying D365 and Power Platform applications and solutions
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio use cases
- Understanding of Azure cloud technology and the Azure security model
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and current on technologies, trends, best practices, and security considerations
- Collaborative mindset and experience contributing to team skill development
- Microsoft certifications at intermediate/advanced level desirable, such as Power Platform Functional Specialist Associate, App Maker Associate, or Solution Architect Expert
- Experience extending Power Platform using C#, JavaScript, etc. desirable
