About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify vulnerabilities
- Help clients strengthen their security through IT emergency plans, restart and recovery plans, and data backup plans—both on-site and remotely
- Support security incident response and recovery procedures, as well as cloud emergency measures
- Assist clients in ensuring operational continuity
- Conduct awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests
- Gain insight into and contribute to adjacent areas such as information security and third-party risk management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in system integration, such as data center administration or IT service operations at a systems integrator; alternatively, a degree in IT, such as computer science, business informatics, cybersecurity management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations
- Initial experience in IT emergency management or ITIL-compliant operational processes
- Motivation to become familiar with complex subject areas
- Pragmatic approach to finding solutions
- Confident and persuasive presence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
