About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify vulnerabilities
- Help clients improve their security through IT business continuity concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup concepts
- Contribute to security incident response and recovery procedures, as well as cloud-based emergency measures
- Support clients in ensuring business continuity
- Conduct awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, failover tests, and functional tests
- Engage with adjacent areas such as information security and 3rd Party Risk Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in systems integration, such as data center administration or IT service operations at a systems integrator; alternatively, a degree in IT, such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cyber Security Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations
- Initial experience in IT business continuity management or ITIL-compliant operational processes
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with complex subject areas
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Confident and convincing manner
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
