Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients at management and C-suite level on improving the performance and future readiness of their IT
Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations
Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery
Provide functional leadership to consultants and support their professional development
Develop sustainable solutions for information security, IT services, IT operations, and organizational transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree
At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management
Experience in a leadership role is preferred
In-depth understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
Experience managing complex IT organizations
Strong strategic thinking skills
Ability to analyze complex interrelationships and derive practical recommendations for action
High degree of personal responsibility and a structured approach to work
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Business-fluent German
