About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients at management and C-level on improving the performance and future readiness of their IT
- Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
- Optimize processes and define clear responsibilities to ensure effective and efficient IT operations delivery
- Provide professional leadership to consultants and support their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- At least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT operations or IT service management
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Strong understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks
- Experience managing complex IT organizations
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Ability to analyze complex interdependencies and derive practical recommendations for action
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Structured approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
