About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project teams
- Lead IT emergency and business continuity exercises
- Support clients in developing IT emergency plans, business resumption and recovery plans, and data backup concepts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during security incidents, response and recovery procedures, or cloud-based emergency measures
- Participate in real-world incident response engagements
- Support clients in ensuring operational continuity
- Contribute ideas and recommendations in information security, third-party risk management, and risk management
- Help further develop consulting service areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree related to IT or equivalent professional qualification in an IT environment, such as administration, IT service management, or data center operations
- Experience applying ITSCM standards, such as ISO 27031, or comparable standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4
- Several years of professional experience
- Proven experience in project leadership
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
