About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management
Identify clients’ organizational challenges
Develop tailored solutions together with clients
Shape change processes in partnership with employees and management across various industries and the public sector
Further develop the consulting offering by contributing experience and new methodologies
Optionally provide functional leadership to Junior Consultants on joint projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment
Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2
Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital world
Understanding of the challenges at the interface between IT and business
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
Willingness not to meet every requirement on the wish list; many skills can be learned on the job
