Senior Consultant, IT Management – Digital Transformation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management
- Identify clients’ organizational challenges
- Develop tailored solutions together with clients
- Shape change processes with employees and management across various client industries and public administration
- Help further develop the consulting offering by contributing experience and new methodologies
- Optionally provide professional leadership to Junior Consultants on joint projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2
- Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital world
- Understanding of the challenges at the interface between IT and business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
- You do not need to meet all of the listed requirements; any gaps in knowledge can be acquired on the job
