About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize IT operations together with clients to ensure that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
- Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
- Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market
- Assess how technologies and tools can help improve existing client processes
- Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to Junior Consultants on joint projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations
- Sound understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL
- Strong understanding of the interface between IT and the business
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interdependencies
- High level of self-motivation and a conscientious approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent German
- Willingness to learn and develop, even if you do not meet every preferred qualification
