About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with clients to optimize IT operations, ensuring that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
- Analyze and assess IT organizations, including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT organizations
- Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available on the market
- Assess how technologies and tools can improve existing client processes
- Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on joint projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT operations
- In-depth understanding of common frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
- Strong understanding of the interface between IT and business
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships
- Highly self-motivated and conscientious approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent German, including professional negotiation skills
