About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize IT portfolios together with clients, focusing on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets
- Improve service delivery through initiatives that drive business value
- Support the successful implementation and continuous development of IT services
- Support IT sourcing projects aimed at optimizing the IT organization’s costs, quality, and scalability
- Optionally provide professional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on joint projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management
- In-depth understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL
- Strong understanding of the intersection between IT and business
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify relationships
- Highly self-motivated and conscientious approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
