About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize clients’ IT portfolios, with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets
- Improve service delivery by identifying and implementing business-focused levers
- Support the successful implementation and continuous development of IT services
- Support IT sourcing projects aimed at optimizing the IT organization’s costs, quality, and scalability
- Optionally provide subject-matter leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on joint projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management
- Solid understanding of established frameworks and best practices such as ITIL
- Strong understanding of the interface between IT and the business
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complexity and clarify interrelationships
- High level of self-motivation and a conscientious approach to work
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business-fluent German
