About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, test, and optimize advanced prompts for LLM-based applications across High Voltage use cases
- Translate complex High Voltage product knowledge into structured prompts, guardrails, and AI workflows
- Design multi-step prompting strategies, including Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, role-based prompting, and agentic workflows
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to embed AI assistants into business processes
- Define prompt standards, templates, and best practices for organizational scale and reuse
- Evaluate prompt performance using accuracy, hallucination rate, usability, and business-impact metrics
- Align prompting logic with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and enterprise data sources in collaboration with AI/ML engineers
- Ensure AI outputs are technically correct, commercially relevant, and compliant with internal standards
- Maintain knowledge of GenAI capabilities, LLM limitations, and emerging prompting techniques
- Support change management and adoption by documenting use cases, training users, and explaining AI behavior to business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, Data, or Software Engineering with strong applied GenAI exposure; or Product Management or Engineering in High Voltage or Power Systems with demonstrated AI adoption
- Prior exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or engineering-driven environments is strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of High Voltage equipment and solutions, including GIS and AIS technologies, key components, configurations, options, customer applications, grid use cases, relevant standards, lifecycle phases, and customer decision drivers
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, pricing, and IT teams
- Professional proficiency in English
- Compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
