About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the SAP Expert team within BU TR Hub EUC, supporting SAP users as internal business partners through training, process improvement, and harmonization across SAP templates in 17 factories
Drive digitalization and global program implementation within the HUB
Ensure adherence to standard processes and effective use of core systems across the full value chain, from quotation and engineering through project management, manufacturing, and shipment
Identify, analyze, and enhance business processes for continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable growth
Harmonize operations and resolve user issues
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and the Digital Transformation Organization (DTO) to improve organizational efficiency and promote operational excellence
Collaborate within DTO to share best practices and drive commonality
Work with HUB IS and HUB Controller on budget and demand planning
Lead HUB activities and conduct monthly update sessions with HUB management
Lead the Hub SAP Expert team as line manager and develop team members
Coach less experienced staff and provide training to develop new talent
Drive adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimize local process customizations
Communicate the benefits of global processes and secure stakeholder buy-in for change initiatives
Assess risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or digital program implementation in the manufacturing industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in people management and development
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices
