About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive digitalization and global program implementation within the HUB by ensuring adherence to global processes and solutions
- Drive effective usage and full adoption of digital core systems such as SAP and MES
- Gather business requirements and align them with organizational goals for process improvement and effective system usage
- Eliminate template deviations and drive harmonization of business processes
- Collect, prioritize, and recommend process improvement requests
- Resolve complex issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence
- Establish and implement KPIs to improve operational efficiency and promote automated reporting
- Ensure data quality, governance, harmonization, and compliance to enable a data-driven enterprise and effective use of AI
- Lead change management and promote global process adoption to minimize customizations
- Lead, guide, and develop a diverse Digital Transformation team through coaching, staffing, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or digital program implementation in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
- Strong project management competencies to deliver digitalization projects on-scope, on-time and on-budget
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
