About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and integrate Project and Parts functions into a unified, high-performing aftermarket team
- Lead all commercial functions within the aftermarket division, including contract sales, parts sales, repair and refurbishment offerings, and strategic deal leadership and closing
- Manage and align a currently fragmented sales team
- Implement and optimize Salesforce CRM tools to create consistency in processes
- Foster a culture of accountability and performance
- Ensure seamless execution of sales operations
- Drive efficiency and scalability across all aftermarket functions
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue
- Expand customer relationships across major verticals
- Drive organic growth through enhanced customer support and engagement
- Partner on acquisition opportunities to strengthen market position
- Build a global sales and service network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in sales, sales leadership, engineering or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field)
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading commercial teams
- Expertise in CRM systems and process standardization
- Strategic thinker with exceptional closing skills
- Operational acumen and ability to manage complex sales functions
- Ability to lead through change and integrate disjointed teams into a cohesive unit
