About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and coordinate the customer training deliverable from tender to final project delivery
  • Drive successful delivery of customer training throughout the HVDC project lifecycle
  • Transform customer requirements into structured training scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Coordinate customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers, and suppliers
  • Ensure effective and timely training delivery according to customer requirements
  • Maintain visibility and control of training progress, risks, costs, commitments, and documentation
  • Apply and support classroom, virtual, and e-learning training methods and technologies
  • Strengthen Customer Training through continuous improvement of processes, systems, digital learning solutions, and ways of working
  • Work with global customers, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple countries and time zones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating activities, or driving deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow actions through to completion
  • A proactive and structured way of working, including the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive progress independently
  • Strong digital skills, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use new tools, systems, and technologies
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across customers, suppliers, technical experts, and project teams
  • Experience from project delivery, training, digital learning, engineering, energy, or other customer-facing environments is considered an advantage
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and other business systems is beneficial
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and, for certain roles, additional security screenings may be required
