About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze new solutions with technical expertise in domain and platform architecture
- Define and continuously evolve end-to-end solutions and platform strategies with Technical and Enterprise Architects
- Translate complex business demands into fit-for-purpose solution designs
- Evaluate functional, architectural, and integration implications
- Lead solution design and option assessment activities
- Recommend solutions across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures
- Identify and assess new tools, platforms, and technologies for emerging business requirements
- Evaluate supplier proposals, solution architectures, and delivery approaches
- Own and maintain solution architecture, application landscape, and future-state integration blueprint
- Review and validate supplier deliverables against business and architectural requirements
- Contribute hands-on to innovation and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Bridge business stakeholders and IT through integration knowledge and stakeholder management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture within large enterprise environments
- Strong business process knowledge in at least two of: Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and event-driven solutions
- Experience leading or strongly influencing technical teams, or a deep development background with 5+ years of experience and readiness for solution ownership
- Exposure to .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, integration layers, DevOps tooling and practices
- Experience with code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps
