About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the marketing technology stack
  • Manage integrations and data flows between marketing, sales, and other business systems
  • Build and maintain lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and lifecycle stages
  • Set up, QA, and support email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated journeys
  • Maintain data hygiene through auditing, deduplication, segmentation, and governance
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI
  • Support marketing attribution and connect activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across tools and support the marketing team
  • Evaluate new tools and vendors, run proofs of concept, and manage platform onboarding and offboarding
  • Document processes, maintain playbooks, and train team members on tools and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and manage consent and preferences
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and IT

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations, MarTech administration, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform, such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and marketing-to-sales handoff
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, and reporting
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for working across marketing, sales, and technical teams
  • Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io
  • Basic knowledge of APIs
  • Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Understanding of SQL or scripting for data manipulation
  • Relevant certifications
