About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the deployment of quality strategies across Field Services and Operations across select regions of the U.S.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of customer-reported non-conformances
  • Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management
  • Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes
  • Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness
  • Champion customer feedback through non-conformance reporting and customer survey analysis
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes
  • 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors
  • Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
