About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the regional SAP business strategy aligned with global objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP professionals across various countries
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Oversee delivery of complex SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and SAP representatives in EMEA
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging SAP technologies
  • Identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events, conferences, and customer forums
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional teams and P&L
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market share within the SAP ecosystem in EMEA
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules, including S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, and BI
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
  • Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as required
