About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide onsite field support and technical support for IIoT solutions and digital factory related applications
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions
- Work with the global digital factory team to integrate manufacturing devices with digital platforms such as Kepware and ThingWorx
- Configure and manage Kepware ServerEX, including channels, devices, tags, and communication drivers for industrial equipment
- Perform onboarding, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of torque tools and production equipment in factory environments
- Maintain data integration solutions between ThingWorx, Kepware, external applications, and databases
- Support migrations across Development, QA, and Production environments, including application, database, and file repository migrations
- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, automation, and IT teams
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, test cases, and deployment guides
- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and monitoring of industrial applications
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or similar
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Industrial IoT development and support
- Hands-on experience in several areas: MES, SCADA/HMI, machine connectivity, digital quality, traceability, material flow, visualization, databases or workflow digitalization
- Experience coordinating Operations, Engineering, Quality in digital industrial environment
- Fluent English skill of speaking, listening, and writing
- Willingness to travel extensively to support multiple factory sites and work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet operational and production requirements
- Proactive and solution-oriented with ownership
- Good communication skill, actively providing service and great teamworking
- Accountable and independent, tackling challenges head-on
