About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end technical solutions, including system integration, data flows, and application architecture
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and detailed design documents
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and frameworks based on scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with development teams, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Conduct architectural reviews and audits to identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement areas
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, design patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards
  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for clients and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years in a Solution Architect or similar senior technical role
  • Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions across cloud, data, applications, and integration domains
  • Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven, SOA, and other architectural patterns and design principles
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, and Node.js and related frameworks
  • Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling
  • Experience with API design and management, integration patterns, and ESB solutions
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Relevant cloud certifications are highly desirable
