About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for qualified active and passive candidates
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments
  • Lead phone and virtual screening interviews
  • Present qualified candidates with screening summaries and recommendations
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Strong experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and industries
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment
