About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients on challenging quantum, delay, and contractual claims across the Asia Pacific region
- Deliver quantum and delay analysis on live construction projects
- Investigate and assess disputes and claims using complex project records and large datasets
- Support dispute resolution and management, including arbitration, adjudication, and Expert Witness proceedings
- Develop teams and mentor team members
- Manage key client relationships and stakeholders
- Pursue and develop expertise toward recognised Expert Witness work
- Contribute to HKA’s risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness, and litigation support consultancy services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the construction industry
- Hands-on expertise in delivering quantum and delay analysis on live projects
- Strong track record in quantum, delay, and contractual claims, ideally within the construction sector
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution and management
- Exposure to arbitration, adjudication, or Expert Witness proceedings highly regarded
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to review and interpret complex project records and large datasets
- Mandarin language proficiency
- People leadership experience, including mentoring or line management responsibilities
- Commitment to supporting team development and career progression
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
