About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail and construction subsidiaries
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and hiring trends
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define search strategies
  • Execute sourcing and recruitment activities
  • Advise partners and employees on workplace issues and help foster a positive work environment
  • Proactively recruit passive candidates and develop talent pipelines through industry events, conferences, and diverse sourcing channels
  • Lead candidate screening methodologies and use closing techniques through offer acceptance
  • Update recruiting systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for accurate reporting and project tracking
  • Lead scoping discussions to initiate searches
  • Deploy countermeasures to keep projects moving toward timely completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-7 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience desired
  • 2+ years of experience with federal contracting recruitment preferred
  • Experience in retail or construction HR/Recruiting highly preferred
  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Professional recruiting certifications are a plus
  • Ability to analyze hiring data and industry trends
  • Skilled in MS Office 365 tools and contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under general direction in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of poise and professionalism when handling complex employee relations or high-volume hiring
  • Evening and weekend availability as needed by the business
  • Local travel during the business day
