About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all casino guests
Take, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders according to outlet standards
Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Maintain compliance with all cash-handling procedures
Clean and organize workstations according to department standards and health code requirements
Follow department, company, internal control, and government regulations
Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Provide outstanding service to guests and team members
Practice and support WarHorse Gaming’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
Previous server or customer service experience preferred
Food Handler certification
ServSafe certification
TIPS Alcohol certification
Ability to work varying schedules, including shifts reflecting operational and guest service needs
