About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build Holafly's global procurement strategy from the ground up to support rapid international expansion.
- Negotiate high-stakes telecom contracts to secure top-tier pricing, quality, and SLA terms across markets.
- Establish company-wide procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks for governance.
- Optimize global supplier spend, unlocking cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Scale vendor performance metrics to ensure long-term supplier reliability across 200+ destinations.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align procurement goals with overarching product strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven procurement leadership, +5 years exp. ideally within a fast-growing scale-up or tech environment.
- Direct experience building procurement frameworks and vendor management workflows from zero.
- Expertise in international contract negotiations and financial analysis for complex service agreements.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for designing scalable processes.
- Background in Telecom, Connectivity, or SaaS environments is nice to have.
- Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations is nice to have.
