About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Holafly’s core platform layer and produce repeatable tools for line organisations
- Own the return on investment for work prioritized on the platform backlog
- Represent technical and business decisions at the leadership level
- Treat internal platform capabilities as strategic products
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize the internal developer platform backlog and balance build-vs-buy trade-offs
- Deliver repeatable developer tools to maximize engineering velocity and developer time saved
- Translate security, identity, and compliance needs into commercial risk models
- Collaborate with security and core engineering teams on governance initiatives
- Quantify financial and operational downtime impacts to establish SLAs and SLOs
- Prioritize platform health against feature requests and execute reliability improvements
- Evaluate production defect costs and operational investment in automated release pipelines
- Refine and execute backlog items to streamline deployment and minimize production failure risks
- Model revenue impact and total cost of ownership across integrations
- Evaluate vendors and lead execution on monetization flows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise software delivery, successfully managing complex technical dependencies and delivering platform solutions on schedule
- Demonstrated ability partnering with cross-functional teams to build, scale, and optimize core platform capabilities across both B2B and direct-to-consumer delivery models
- Experience navigating the telecom ecosystem, managing core cellular/connectivity infrastructure, and integrating third-party vendor platforms to drive operational efficiency
