About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end performance and reliability of Holafly’s global core mobile network
  • Define and execute the network quality roadmap across 200+ global destinations
  • Establish market-leading network performance benchmarks
  • Implement advanced monitoring systems for GTP, LTE, and 5G metrics
  • Proactively prevent service degradation before it impacts users
  • Collaborate with Strategy teams to integrate AI-powered diagnostics and self-healing infrastructure
  • Conduct technical audits across international MNO, MVNE, and IPX interconnects
  • Ensure partner adherence to core SLAs
  • Translate signaling telemetry into clear technical priorities
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing operations team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years in mobile network architecture across MNO, MVNO, or MVNE environments
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Deep core network mastery across EPC and 5GC architectures, including MME, PGW, AMF, and UPF
  • Knowledge of roaming protocols including S6a, GTP-C/U, and Diameter
  • Hands-on expertise in capacity engineering and telemetry analysis tools such as Wireshark, Prometheus, or Grafana
  • Track record with virtualized core platforms and cloud-native mobile ecosystem integrations
  • Exceptional technical communication
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with eSIM architecture, GSMA RSP standards, or SM-DP+
  • Nice to have: cloud deployment experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP
  • Professional fluency in Spanish is nice to have
