About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the single point of contact and partner with internal and external clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or post-secondary diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • 3-5 years experience in account management or fleet leasing (heavy truck, commercial vehicle, or automotive)
  • Superior customer service skills, including focus on customer needs and customer relationship management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed
