About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance
- Assist drivers in locating suitable repair locations
- Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events
- Verify that repair and maintenance work is necessary and done at a fair price
- Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles as necessary
- Document instances where cost savings are realized
- Ensure the appropriate preventative maintenance schedule is followed
- Maintain monthly metrics at or above established goals
- Complete transactions accurately while providing a high level of quality service
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Typing – 20-25 WPM
- 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive or truck repair
- ASE Certified in 3-7 car, or 3-6 truck repair categories
- Vocational or Technical education recommended
