Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee acquisition and purchasing activities for the Holman Supply Chain
  • Oversee development and execution of the Holman Supply Chain customer experience
  • Oversee product design and quality assurance programs
  • Maintain accurate product records
  • Set product pricing for work orders and the distribution network
  • Maintain target margin levels through pricing strategies
  • Provide strategic planning, capacity management, process and throughput, supplier development, and systems design guidance
  • Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Lead and prioritize IT advancements within key systems
  • Establish and use KPIs to manage and improve departmental performance and business impact
  • Collaborate with leaders on departmental goals, projects, and systems
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level staff
  • Provide performance evaluations for direct reports
  • Collaborate across divisions and departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Establish and implement operations-related policies, standards, and security measures
  • Manage departmental budgets
  • Train and develop managers and supervisors and build bench strength
  • Lead client support and service issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 8+ years’ experience
  • 5+ years' experience at a leadership level
  • Experience as a power user in ERP systems for inventory management and product attributes
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge across other disciplines
  • Keen understanding of OEM, dealer and supplier relations, including ordering processes, model year transitions, and supplier agreements and activities
  • Keen understanding of Fleet & Mobility and Manufacturing & Distribution clients' end-to-end supply chain expectations
  • Ability to understand and lead resource loading, identifying and resolving resource allocation issues and resource reporting
  • Multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
