About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead team of Team Leads and Individuals
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce platform robustly supports the business needs
  • Drive process alignment and improvement across the Salesforce Engineering team
  • Encourage adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms
  • Own business processes technically on the Salesforce platform
  • Propose system changes and enhancements by liaising with vendors, users, and IT teams
  • Assist in architecting system integrations
  • Manage the life cycle of applications
  • Participate in key implementation activities, learn the platform, configure designs, and maintain the platform
  • Investigate and resolve application errors, data discrepancies, and performance issues
  • Manage all technical aspects on projects requiring application knowledge
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years working experience within Application Development
  • 5 years of experience as a manager
  • Experience working on an Agile team
  • Demonstrated history of evolving and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
