About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Holon Health’s expansion into new markets
- Allow Holon Health to utilize the active Montana Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration for credentialing and payer enrollment
- Participate in credentialing, payer enrollment, and provider onboarding activities
- Complete and sign enrollment and credentialing documentation for commercial, Medicaid, and other payer organizations
- Respond to requests for information related to licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements
- Notify Holon Health of changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or credentialing eligibility
- Participate in occasional meetings with credentialing, compliance, or leadership teams
- Support regulatory requirements required to launch services in Montana
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Montana
- Active DEA registration in Montana
- Eligibility for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
- No current sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that would impact credentialing or payer enrollment
- Ability to provide credentialing documentation in a timely manner
- Previous experience participating in payer credentialing and enrollment processes (preferred)
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings (preferred)
- Additional state licenses (preferred)
- Interest in future clinical or consulting opportunities with Holon Health (preferred)
