About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Triage and answer support requests from Holvians
  • Oversee asset and access management processes end-to-end
  • Keep IT documentation accurate and audit-ready
  • Set Holvians up with the right equipment and access from day one
  • Handle equipment and access processes when employees leave
  • Support security compliance by patching and reviewing IT assets
  • Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases
  • Fix connectivity issues and make small changes to internal services
  • Escalate problems to other team members or sections when needed
  • Serve as the only IT representative in the Berlin branch while accessing support from the Helsinki team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Just starting on your IT journey or studying in an IT-related field
  • Independent worker who can use initiative to find solutions to unfamiliar problems
  • Curious and willing to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Professional German language skills
  • Proactive and enjoys working with people and helping others
  • Available to work in the office at least three days per week
  • 1–2 years of experience is a plus
  • Experience using and managing macOS and/or Google Workspace is a plus
