Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ
Bachelor’s in Nursing or related human-services field – OR – 2+ years’ geriatric/home-care experience
Solid clinical assessment skills
CPR/First Aid certification
Valid driver’s license
Warm, professional communication skills
Ability to complete in-home RN assessments and individualized care plans
Ability to mentor and supervise caregivers
Ability to use a HIPAA-secure EMR
Knowledge of state home-care regulations
