About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic responsibility for all Paid and Performance Marketing activities
- Build the Performance Marketing function as the first Performance Marketing Manager
- Own the Paid Marketing strategy across the entire B2B funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Translate revenue and pipeline targets into budgets, channel strategies, and forecasts
- Plan, allocate, and scale advertising budgets in the six- to seven-figure range
- Independently plan, execute, and scale cross-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Identify new growth opportunities, target audiences, channels, and markets
- Build and prioritize a testing and experimentation roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales on ICPs, lead-scoring models, SLAs, and feedback loops
- Generate qualified B2B leads and optimize SQL quality and pipeline conversion
- Build a scalable tracking setup using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, and offline conversions
- Further develop attribution and measurement frameworks
- Analyze and optimize landing pages, funnels, creatives, and messaging through A/B testing
- Build transparent performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the executive team on go-to-market and growth decisions
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to increase efficiency and scale
- Define internal standards, processes, and best practices
- Report directly to the executive team responsible for Marketing & Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Several years of experience managing and scaling a Paid Marketing function
- Ideally, experience in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment
- Demonstrable, measurable achievements, such as reducing CAC, scaling budgets while maintaining stable ROAS, or building a predictable pipeline
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaigns to annual budgets in the six- to seven-figure range
- Experience building scalable Performance Marketing structures, robust setups, KPI frameworks, and scaling mechanisms
- Experience with attribution models, CRM integrations, and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Data-driven, fast, and pragmatic decision-making
- Structured hypothesis validation, testing, and impact-based prioritization
- Experience with or interest in growth hacks
- Creative performance mindset and experience with creatives and messaging
- Proactive use of AI and automation
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex relationships clearly
- Team player with an ambitious mindset and a collaborative attitude
