About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage communications between patients and doctors and maintain associated documentation, including FSA-related letters, medical referrals, and labs
- Work with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly
- Collaborate with Customer Service to troubleshoot patient requests related to physician requirements and treatment-supporting tasks
- Provide clinical feedback on medication, lab, side-effect, and other clinical inquiries in collaboration with clinical operations
- Support physicians in resolving patient care issues promptly
- Follow established protocols and processes while improving operational processes and patient experience
- Take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed RN; must hold a compact state license or live in an eligible state
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- 3+ years of experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment
- Very comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Meet
- Effective and compassionate written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who regularly looks for opportunities for improvement
- Weekend availability required, minimum 16 hours per week
