About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation, including FSA-related letters and medical referrals
  • Work with clinical and operations teams to ensure fast resolution of patient concerns
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to troubleshoot patient requests related to physician requirements and treatment-support tasks
  • Provide clinical feedback on medication, lab, side-effect, and other clinical inquiries in collaboration with clinical operations
  • Support physicians in resolving patient care issues in a timely manner
  • Follow established protocols and processes while improving operational processes and patient experience
  • Take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed RN; must hold a compact state license or live in an eligible state
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • 3+ years of experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment
  • Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, and Slack
  • Effective and compassionate written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter who regularly looks for opportunities for improvement
