About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide specialist technical support to internal technicians, engineers and sales
- Assist in resolving technical issues for Honeywell field technicians involving Honeywell-installed BMS software, firmware and hardware
- Act as subject matter expert for TRRs relating to BMS solution design during the sales process
- Deliver training programs for HBS staff, consultants, specifiers, end users and local authorities on Honeywell technologies, regulatory updates and best practices
- Support Honeywell BMS hardware and software solutions within HBS Pacific, primarily ComfortPoint Open and Tridium
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified in electrical/electronic engineering or similar discipline
- Over 5 years’ working experience in technical support and/or delivery
- Extensive HBS BMS Product experience is essential
- Strong HVAC Engineering and deployment experience
- Software/PC programming experience
- Tridium Certified Professional required
- Highly organized and structured approach
- Skilled at asking questions and listening to feedback
- Customer & solution orientated approach
- Proactive team player and focus on quality and a right first-time approach
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
