Key responsibilities & impact

Independently lead one large, complex project full-time or multiple mid-size complex projects simultaneously
Consult on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes
Drive Agile and product delivery methods and resolve complex delivery issues
Create and manage detailed project plans based on methodology, scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies
Manage project budgets, weekly burn, velocity, burndown reports, margins, and revenue forecasting
Identify project risks, maintain RAID logs, create mitigation plans, and escalate issues
Serve as the primary client delivery contact and build strong client relationships
Manage project scope, prioritize work, estimate and deliver change orders
Lead globally distributed cross-functional designers, strategists, technologists, and other team members
Manage resourcing within assigned projects
Participate in initiatives to improve and mature the Delivery team’s processes and methods
Mentor junior program managers and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs
A minimum of 2 years agency/consultancy experience; 5+ years preferred
Experience with standard project management tools including Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence (or similar)
Proven track record leading and executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products
Experience advising client stakeholders on digital program best practices
Ability to lead and manage multiple complex digital projects simultaneously
Experience aligning digital initiatives with business goals and driving measurable outcomes
Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
Experience defining contracts and managing programs to contract terms
Proactive risk management and issue resolution
Strong financial acumen for estimating and optimizing project profitability
Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and lead high-performing digital teams
Leadership, mentorship, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, influence, and persuasion skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP) preferred
