About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in reviewing and structuring the commercial department’s workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct market research and analysis on competitors and prevailing prices
Conduct comparative analyses of pricing and package composition negotiated with payers
Conduct market research on managed procedures
Develop comparative tables for products and services
Collaborate with the Cost Accounting department to analyze costs, margins, and profitability
Collaborate with internal clients to obtain the data required for pricing
Price packages, examinations, fees, equipment, and services for health plans and private-pay patients
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to prepare and validate the composition of managed procedures
Identify opportunities to improve service pricing
Visit physicians to promote the service portfolio
Prepare and send quotes for private-pay surgeries
Develop and monitor indicators comparing requested versus completed private-pay quotes
Develop and interpret management reports, spreadsheets, and charts
Prepare reports to support management
Participate in Commercial department projects
Report project progress to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Nursing
Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of market reference pricing tables
Knowledge of table types
Knowledge of ANS rules and regulations
Knowledge of TISS
Knowledge of TUSS
Knowledge of the Procedures List
Knowledge of cost, contribution margin, and financial results concepts
