About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality UI components, features, and reusable libraries supporting the design system
Develop intuitive, performant, accessible, and responsive user experiences across browsers and devices
Build and maintain frontend integrations with backend services, including REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time functionality
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex frontend issues, including memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and production bugs
Define, present, and lead technical initiatives
Contribute to testing, code reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and other cross-functional teams
Support monitoring and reliability of released software in production
Help raise team standards through code reviews, mentorship, and technical improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of frontend software development experience
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar
Hands-on experience integrating backend systems using REST APIs and/or WebSockets
Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot
Ability to diagnose and fix memory leaks, frontend performance issues, and browser/runtime inefficiencies
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Proficiency monitoring and supporting production software
Expertise in cloud-native development and resilient, scalable frontend architectures
Bonus: experience working on a mature SaaS product serving a large user base
