About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take defined Options Travel strategies and initiatives from plan through execution to measurable outcome
  • Report results to the CEO and stakeholders
  • Set the cadence and coordination across Sales, Operations, the online booking tool (OBT), Account Management, and Accounting
  • Serve as the day-to-day Options–Engine liaison once the online booking tool is live
  • Resolve issues and coordinate fixes, pricing, and technology needs
  • Organize Options Travel contracts and partner with Engine counsel to keep agreements current and moving
  • Engage directly with clients to resolve issues and support retention and growth
  • Identify and implement processes that increase scalability and operational efficiency
  • Support partner-network and global-fulfillment initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate across division leaders through influence and operating cadence as an individual contributor without direct reports initially

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in corporate travel / TMC operations or strategy & operations
  • 2–3 years in a senior operating or lead capacity
  • Track record of turning strategy into executed outcomes in a fast-moving, scaling business
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to align and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Decisive, creative problem-solving and ability to drive work to completion
  • Comfort being client-facing and representing the business externally
  • Fluency with modern technology and operating tools
  • Strong communication and expectation-setting
  • Corporate travel expertise
