Key responsibilities & impact

Build and connect systems supporting Engine’s go-to-market motion
Develop CRM, engagement, enrichment, automation, integrations, internal tooling, and cross-platform workflows
Ship changes through git and CI/CD rather than manual deployments
Wire AI into production workflows to reduce manual work
Use coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code with review and testing
Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Growth, and Engineering
Translate business problems into maintainable systems
Help define how the Business Systems team builds and ships going forward

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years as a business systems / GTM systems engineer (or similar)
Experience building, integrating, and automating systems, not ticket-only admin work
Comfortable writing code for scripting, APIs, and light application work
Ability to determine when no-code or low-code is sufficient
Hands-on experience with git and CI/CD
Shipped AI automations or agents, or heavy use of AI coding tools on production systems
Experience with a modern GTM stack, including CRM, sequencing/engagement, enrichment, and iPaaS/integration layer
Salesforce experience is a plus, not an exclusive requirement
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-engineers without excessive jargon
Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certifications, travel/marketplace background, Data Cloud/Agentforce experience, or experience helping a systems team adopt engineering practices are nice to have, not required
